Ingredients
☐2 lbs beef chuck (900 g)
☐4 carrots, chopped
☐4 potatoes, diced
☐1 onion, quartered
☐3 cups beef broth (750 mL)
☐2 tsp thyme
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a slow cooker, place the beef chuck and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Add carrots, potatoes, and onion on top.
Pour in the beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
