WellCooked is a bilingual (English & French) recipe community based in Quebec, Canada. We are dedicated to publishing tested, family-friendly recipes alongside practical cooking tips so that home cooks of every level can build real confidence in the kitchen.
Our mission
Our goal is simple: make everyday home cooking more enjoyable, more nutritious, and more affordable. Every recipe published on WellCooked is reviewed by our editorial team before it goes live, and we work with a growing network of contributors who cook the dishes themselves and photograph the results.

Our editorial standards
We do not republish content from other sites. Every recipe is either developed in-house or contributed by a registered community member and then reviewed for accuracy, safety, and clarity before it is published. We test recipes in a real home kitchen, photograph them, and update them when readers report issues. When a recipe is adapted from a traditional or family source, we say so.
Advertising and revenue
WellCooked is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense) and by an opt-in newsletter. Ads are clearly separated from editorial content. We never accept payment for a positive review or to manipulate the ranking of a recipe.
