A healthy, vegan banana bread! With my guilty pleasure of dark chocolate chips.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, maple syrup, oil, plant-based milk, and vanilla.

    In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt).

    Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.

    Add the chocolate chips and chia seeds.

    Pour into an oiled or parchment-lined loaf pan.

    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Mon amie a fait cette recette. Elle m'en a apporté un bon morceau et je suis bien surpris qu'il soit si bon et si santé à la fois.

Petit conseil, chauffer au micro-ondes 15 secondes puis rajouter du sirop d'érable.
