A crunchy and refreshing salad featuring ramen noodles, cabbage, and a light sesame dressing, ideal for a keto diet.
Ingredients
☐1 package of ramen noodles, cooked (85 g)
☐2 cups cabbage, shredded (150 g)
☐1/4 cup sesame oil (60 ml)
☐2 tbsp soy sauce (30 ml)
☐2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (30 ml)
☐1/4 cup green onions, chopped (25 g)
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles and shredded cabbage.
In another bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss well.
Add chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper.
