These hearty cauliflower steaks are seasoned and roasted to perfection, making a delicious keto-friendly main dish.
Ingredients
☐1 head of cauliflower
☐3 tbsp olive oil (45 mL)
☐1 tsp garlic powder
☐1 tsp paprika
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks.
Brush both sides with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
