This low-carb take on the classic poutine substitutes fries with roasted cauliflower, smothered in cheese curds and gravy. Enjoy a guilt-free treat!
Ingredients
☐1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
☐2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐1 cup cheese curds (250 g)
☐1 cup beef gravy (250 ml)
☐1 tablespoon chopped parsley (15 g)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
In a saucepan, heat the beef gravy until warm.
Top the roasted cauliflower with cheese curds and pour over the gravy.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
