A creamy and cheesy dish that satisfies cravings while being low in carbs, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients
☐1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
☐1 cup heavy cream
☐1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
☐1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
☐2 cloves garlic, minced
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐2 tbsp olive oil
☐1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a pot, boil the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, shredded cheese, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the cauliflower to the mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
