This savory mushroom pâté is a delightful vegan spread perfect for a charcuterie board or as a sandwich filling.
Ingredients
☐2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
☐1 cup walnuts, chopped
☐1/2 onion, finely chopped
☐2 cloves garlic, minced
☐2 tbsp olive oil
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
In a food processor, combine mushroom mixture with walnuts, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
