These flavorful potatoes are steamed in parchment paper with herbs and spices, making for a delightful side dish.
Ingredients
☐1.5 lbs (680 g) baby potatoes
☐2 tbsp olive oil
☐2 cloves garlic, minced
☐1 tsp dried thyme
☐1 tsp paprika
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Parchment paper, for wrapping
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss the potatoes in the herb mixture until well coated.
Place the potatoes on a piece of parchment paper and wrap tightly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Serve hot as a side dish.
