This sweet and tangy marinade enhances pork with the rich flavors of maple syrup and spices. It's perfect for grilling or roasting.
Ingredients
☐1/2 cup (120 mL) maple syrup
☐1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce
☐1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
☐2 cloves garlic, minced
☐1 tsp (5 g) ground ginger
☐1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
☐Juice of 1 lemon
☐1 lb (450 g) pork loin, cut into pieces
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, ginger, pepper, and lemon juice.
Place pork loin pieces in a resealable bag or container.
Pour the marinade over the pork, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook pork for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
