Ingredients
☐1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
☐1 cup brown sugar (200 g)
☐1 cup cream (240 ml)
☐2 eggs
☐1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
☐1 tbsp flour (15 g)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the filling is set and lightly browned.
Let cool before serving.
