These shrimp tacos are packed with flavor and served with a zesty lime sauce. A quick and easy meal perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
☐1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
☐1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
☐2 tsp (10 g) chili powder
☐1 tsp (5 g) cumin
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐8 small corn tortillas
☐1 avocado, sliced
☐1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
☐Juice of 1 lime
Directions
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until coated.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp in tortillas, adding avocado slices, and topping with sour cream and lime juice.
