Ingredients
☐1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
☐2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
☐1 onion, chopped
☐2 potatoes, diced
☐4 cups chicken broth
☐1 cup heavy cream
☐2 tbsp butter
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion and sauté until translucent.
Stir in potatoes and corn, cooking for 5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add shrimp and cream, cooking until shrimp are pink.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
