Ingredients
☐2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)
☐1 cup sugar (200g)
☐1 cup milk (240ml)
☐1/2 cup butter, melted (115g)
☐2 tsp baking powder
☐1/2 tsp salt
☐1 cup mixed fruits (berries, apples, etc.)
☐1 cup maple syrup (240ml)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the milk and melted butter until smooth.
Fold in the mixed fruits.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
