Ingredients
☐1 gluten-free pie crust
☐1 cup maple syrup (240 ml)
☐2 large eggs
☐1/4 cup brown sugar (50 g)
☐1/4 cup butter, melted (60 g)
☐1 tsp vanilla extract
☐1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the filling into the gluten-free pie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the filling is set.
Let it cool before serving.
