Ingredients
☐1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (180 g)
☐1/2 cup butter, softened (115 g)
☐1/4 cup sugar (50 g)
☐1 egg yolk
☐1/2 cup maple syrup (120 ml)
☐1/4 cup cream (60 ml)
☐1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
Add egg yolk and blend until dough forms.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles for tart shells.
In another bowl, combine maple syrup, cream, and vanilla.
Fill each shell with the syrup mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
