This healthier take on the Quebec classic poutine uses an air fryer to make crispy fries topped with cheese curds and gravy.
Ingredients
☐4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries (800g)
☐2 cups cheese curds (200g)
☐1 cup beef gravy (250ml)
☐1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
☐Salt to taste
☐Black pepper to taste
☐Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the cut potatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway.
Transfer the hot fries to a plate, sprinkle with cheese curds, and drizzle with gravy.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
