These no-bake energy bites are packed with oats, almonds, and a touch of maple syrup. A healthy snack perfect for on-the-go or as a midday treat.
Ingredients
☐1 cup rolled oats (100 g)
☐½ cup almond butter (120 g)
☐¼ cup maple syrup (60 ml)
☐1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
☐½ cup chopped almonds (60 g)
☐¼ cup mini chocolate chips (45 g)
☐Pinch of salt
☐½ teaspoon cinnamon (2 g)
☐1 tablespoon chia seeds (15 g)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a quick snack anytime.
