Ingredients
☐1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
☐1 cup brown sugar
☐¾ cup cream
☐2 eggs
☐1 tsp vanilla extract
☐½ tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, cream, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
Pour filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
