Ingredients
☐1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
☐1 banana, sliced
☐1 cup yogurt
☐1/2 cup milk
☐1 tbsp honey
☐Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk.
Add honey and blend until smooth.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
