A refreshing and healthy smoothie made with mixed berries and yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
☐1 cup (150 g) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
☐1 banana
☐1 cup (240 ml) yogurt (Greek or regular)
☐1/2 cup (120 ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
☐1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
☐Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
In a blender, combine mixed berries, banana, yogurt, and milk.
Blend until smooth.
Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
If you like it colder, add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
