☐1/2 cup maple syrup (120 ml)
☐1/4 cup soy sauce (60 ml)
☐1 tbsp Dijon mustard (15 ml)
☐3 cloves garlic, minced
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐1/2 tsp thyme (2 g)
Directions
Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
