This Quebec-style pizza features a delicious homemade dough topped with pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese. It's a hit at any gathering!
Ingredients
☐2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g)
☐1 tsp instant yeast (5 g)
☐1 tsp salt (5 g)
☐1 cup warm water (240 ml)
☐1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
☐1/2 cup pizza sauce (120 ml)
☐1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
☐1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (60 g)
☐1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (60 g)
Directions
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil, and knead until smooth.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough, place on a baking sheet, and spread with pizza sauce.
Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and mushrooms.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
