This Quebec-inspired sushi combines fresh salmon with local ingredients, creating a unique and flavorful roll perfect for sushi lovers.
Ingredients
☐1 cup sushi rice (200 g)
☐1 1/4 cups water (300 ml)
☐4 oz fresh salmon, sliced (115 g)
☐1/4 cucumber, julienned
☐2 tbsp cream cheese (30 g)
☐4 sheets nori (seaweed)
☐Soy sauce for dipping
Directions
Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook with water until tender.
Let the rice cool slightly, then spread it onto nori sheets.
Layer salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese on top of the rice.
Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
