Ingredients
☐1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
☐1 cup sugar (200 g)
☐1 tsp baking powder
☐1/2 tsp salt
☐1 cup milk (240 ml)
☐1/2 cup butter, melted (115 g)
☐1 cup maple syrup (240 ml)
☐1 cup hot water (240 ml)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix maple syrup and hot water, then pour over the batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
