Ingredients
☐1 cup all-purpose flour
☐1 cup milk
☐1 cup maple syrup
☐1/2 cup sugar
☐1/4 cup butter, melted
☐2 tsp baking powder
☐1/2 tsp salt
☐1 tsp vanilla extract
☐1 egg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and egg.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
In a saucepan, heat maple syrup until warm, then pour over the batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
