Ingredients
☐8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or fettuccine)
☐1 cup (150 g) frozen peas
☐1/2 cup (125 ml) heavy cream
☐1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
☐2 tablespoons olive oil
☐1 clove garlic, minced
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Fresh basil for garnish
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add frozen peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed.
