These fluffy oatmeal pancakes are a nutritious way to start your day, topped with fresh berries and maple syrup.
Ingredients
☐1 cup rolled oats (100 g)
☐1 cup milk (240 ml)
☐2 eggs
☐1 tbsp sugar (12 g)
☐1 tsp baking powder (4 g)
☐1/2 tsp salt (2 g)
☐1 cup mixed berries (150 g)
Directions
In a bowl, combine rolled oats and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup.
