Ingredients
☐1 pie crust (9-inch)
☐2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
☐1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
☐1/2 cup ricotta cheese
☐1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and cut into rounds to fit mini tart tins.
Place the crust in the tins and fill with the halved cherry tomatoes.
Top with mozzarella and dollops of ricotta.
Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
