Pico de gallo is my go-to salsa for summer barbecues. Fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro create a burst of flavor that elevates any dish or snack!
Ingredients
☐1 1/2 cups chopped tomato
☐1/2 cup red onion, diced
☐1 small jalapeno, minced
☐1 lime, juiced
☐1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
☐salt and pepper
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days!
