☐3/4 cup (150 g) maple syrup
☐1 cup (120 g) walnuts, chopped
☐1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
☐1/4 tsp (1 g) salt
☐5 egg yolks

Return to the saucepan and cook on low, stirring until thickened.
