Ingredients
☐2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
☐3 cups beef broth
☐1 cup carrots, chopped
☐1 cup potatoes, diced
☐1 onion, diced
☐1/2 cup maple syrup
☐2 tbsp flour
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, brown the beef on all sides.
