This Detox Raw Salad is my go-to for a refreshing reset. Packed with colorful veggies, it’s a crunchy delight that makes you feel good inside and out!

    Using a box grater, grate the zucchini, carrot, and beet into fine shreds. Add to a large bowl along with the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, and sprouts. Toss together gently.

    Juice the lemon over the top of the salad and add cracked pepper to taste. Refrigerate or serve immediately. Salad can keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
