A unique bison burger topped with blueberry sauce and creamy goat cheese.
Ingredients
☐1 lb ground bison (450 g)
☐1/4 cup breadcrumbs (30 g)
☐1 egg
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐4 burger buns
☐1/2 cup blueberry sauce (120 ml)
☐4 oz goat cheese, crumbled (113 g)
☐Arugula for garnish
Directions
In a bowl, mix ground bison, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
Form into 4 patties.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Toast burger buns on the grill.
Top each patty with blueberry sauce and goat cheese, serve with arugula.
