These soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies with nuts are a favorite among families. Perfect for dessert or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
☐1 cup (250 g) butter, softened
☐1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
☐1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
☐2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
☐1 cup (180 g) chocolate chips
☐1/2 cup (60 g) chopped nuts
☐2 eggs
☐1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
☐1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking soda
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in flour and baking soda.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
