Ingredients
☐1 cup mixed berries, frozen (150 g)
☐1 cup plain yogurt (240 g)
☐1/2 cup milk (120 mL)
☐1 tablespoon honey (15 g)
☐1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5 mL)
☐Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
In a blender, combine mixed berries, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
