Ingredients
☐1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
☐1 banana
☐1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
☐1 tbsp maple syrup
☐1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
☐Ice cubes optional
Directions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
