Ingredients
☐4 medium beets, roasted and sliced
☐4 oz (115 g) goat cheese, crumbled
☐4 cups (1 L) mixed greens
☐1/4 cup (60 mL) walnuts, toasted
☐2 tbsp (30 mL) balsamic vinegar
☐3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced beets, and crumbled goat cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
