Ingredients
☐4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
☐1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
☐2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
☐1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
☐1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped
☐Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and spread the mustard mixture on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
