Ingredients
☐2 trout fillets
☐1 lemon, sliced
☐2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
☐1 tbsp olive oil
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐2 sprigs of thyme (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place trout fillets on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Top with lemon slices and sprinkle with parsley and thyme.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
