☐4 medium carrots, sliced
☐3 potatoes, diced

☐4 cups beef broth (960 ml)
☐2 tablespoons tomato paste (30 g)
☐1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
☐1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐1 tablespoon oil (15 ml)
