Ingredients
☐1 lb (450 g) fresh salmon, diced
☐1 lime, juiced
☐1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, finely chopped
☐1 tbsp (15 ml) capers, chopped
☐1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh dill, chopped
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Crackers for serving
Directions
In a bowl, combine diced salmon with lime juice, red onion, capers, and dill.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Serve with crackers on the side.
