This creamy chicken dish, infused with garlic and mushrooms, makes for a comforting and delicious main course. Serve it with rice or pasta.
Ingredients
☐4 chicken breasts
☐1 cup mushrooms, sliced
☐2 cloves garlic, minced
☐1 cup heavy cream
☐1/2 cup chicken broth
☐2 tbsp olive oil
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown them for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
Pour in the cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
