This rich crab dip is a favorite appetizer in Quebec, perfect for sharing with friends at any gathering.
Ingredients
☐8 oz (225 g) crab meat, cooked
☐1/2 cup (120 g) cream cheese, softened
☐1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
☐2 tbsp lemon juice
☐1 tbsp Dijon mustard
☐1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Crackers for serving
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and creamy.
Transfer to a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers for dipping.
