Ingredients
☐1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin
☐1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
☐2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
☐1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Fresh thyme for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
