☐1/4 cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
☐1 tablespoon (15g) brown sugar
☐1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
☐Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the ribs with the glaze mixture evenly.
