Ingredients
☐8 oz (225 g) pasta of your choice
☐4 slices bacon, chopped
☐1 cup (240 mL) heavy cream
☐2 cups (300 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
☐1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
☐2 cloves garlic, minced
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐Fresh basil for garnish
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
In a large skillet, sauté the chopped bacon until crispy.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
