Ingredients
☐1 ½ cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
☐1 cup (200 g) sugar
☐½ cup (45 g) cocoa powder
☐1 tsp baking soda
☐½ tsp salt
☐1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil
☐2 cups (200 g) grated zucchini
☐2 eggs
☐1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine oil, eggs, zucchini, and vanilla.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
Pour into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
