Ingredients
☐1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
☐1 cup (200 g) sugar
☐1/2 cup (40 g) cocoa powder
☐1 tsp baking soda
☐1/2 tsp salt
☐1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil
☐2 cups (200 g) grated zucchini
☐2 eggs
☐1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, vanilla, and zucchini.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
