This comforting casserole combines ground beef and mushrooms baked together with a creamy sauce. A family favorite!
Ingredients
☐1 lb (450 g) ground beef
☐8 oz (225 g) mushrooms, sliced
☐1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
☐1 cup (240 ml) milk
☐1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese
☐Salt and pepper to taste
☐1 package (12 oz) egg noodles
Directions
Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and mushrooms until cooked.
In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Combine the beef mixture, noodles, and soup mixture in a large casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
